If you choose to look after your own books, we will help make it easy for you. Xero is a beautiful accounting software. Whether you are setting up a Xero file, or just thinking about becoming a Xero user we can tailor training to meet your specific needs.

Xero file set up

Setting up your organization in Xero includes, but not limited to:

  • Set up chart of accounts
  • Set up bank feeds
  • Set up sales invoice template as per your requirements
  • Set up basic purchase order templates 
  • Set up your payroll obligations including employees and superannuation
  • Enter opening balances in the file if required

Xero Training

Tell us what you need and let us show the way to success! Training includes:

  • Adding / editing chart of accounts
  • Entering sales / purchases
  • Receipting sales income
  • Recording expenses
  • Payroll and its related functions
  • Uploading and saving source documents in Xero
  • Reports - how they work and when to use them
  • Petty cash

Training can be provided either onsite or remotely.

  • Review your current file set-up including chart of accounts and payroll
